Our 10am Sunday morning services are relaxed, family friendly times of praise and worship.
Casual dress, kids, and questions are welcomed. You will be greeted at the door upon arrival and our team are happy to point you in the right direction of our facilities, programmes, and people - especially if you are visiting with us for the first time.
Our services start at 10am and generally run for about an hour and a half. During the service you can expect a time of worship, prayer, a sermon, scripture reading, and the occasional notice. The first Sunday of each month we have a shared lunch after the service, and once a month we share communion. Children's programmes run during the service, during the school term
If you are visiting with us, you will be invited to raise your hand for an information pack to be delivered to you
We are a community church for the wider community, so please let us know if we can do anything to make your time with us more comfortable, or if there is anything we can do to help you or your whanau

On a Sunday, our Service starts at 10am, feel free to arrive 10-15 minutes early to have a chat and get comfortable.
Upon arrival you will be greeted at the door and offered a newsletter of what's on at church, please make it known that you are visiting with us so we can take the best care of you and link you in with the right people
During the service we have a parents room, creche, and kids programmes running - check out the Q&A about our kids programmes below for more information
After the service, please stay for a cuppa and chat with others. Visit our Information Desk in the Foyer to gather more information about what we do at LBC and fill out a Welcome Card so we can keep in touch!
If in doubt at any time, look for someone wearing a lanyard and they will be able to point you in the right direction
With lots of surrounding construction it can be a bit tricky to find us!
Our main entrance is on Carnaveron Drive, there is a sign facing the road and our big building is hard to miss!
We have plenty of onsite carparking and our main entrance is to the right when you enter the driveway
If you are looking for our Office/Admin Building, EastWing BoardRoom, or Te Kohatu Youth Space then you'll want to either use our Birchs Road entrance or park in the main carpark and follow the path and signs to the three smaller buildings on our site
On a Sunday our Parent's room is located to the left in the foyer and has a window looking into the auditorium and sound to be able to listen to the sermon. Equipped with toys, couches, and changing/toilet facilities please feel free to make yourself comfortable in here for as long as you need
About 20 minutes into the service our Sparklers (preschool), Ignite (primary), and Youth (intermediates & teens) programmes begin. The Service Facilitator or Preacher for the day will pray for the children and send them out to their programmes; meeting first in the foyer.
Please do make yourself known to one of the Kids & Teen team (wearing lanyards and name tags), and feel free to attend the programmes with your child if you wish. You can also find the team floating around before and after the service and we are happy to answer any questions you may have
During the week we have a range of events and programmes for all ages!
