About Us
We are a community church for the wider community.

Our Core Values are Relationship, Reality, and Relevance!

We believe that God created humanity for RELATIONSHIP. We severed that relationship.  However, with our acceptance of God’s provision in Jesus Christ, out of His love for us, this relationship is restored, is being restored and will be fully restored as we continue with Him throughout eternity.  Jesus unquestionably demonstrated through His ministry that RELATIONSHIP is always at the forefront.

We also stress REALITY because God asks and requires us to surrender our limited understanding for His omnipotent and omniscient REALITY.

It is a simple but powerful concept called obedience and faith as a reaction to His grace. And finally, we claim RELEVANCE

Faith is sometimes simply expressed by using the obvious acronym F-A-I-T-H, Forsaking All I Trust Him.  The ancient writings that we know as our Bible is bursting with examples of God’s supernatural relevance in every generation.

The Word of God is timely and timeless.

What We Believe
About God

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.

About Humanity
Humankind is made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. Although humanity has tremendous potential for good, it is marred by an encompassing and individual attitude of disobedience toward God called “sin”. This attitude separates humans from God.

About Eternity
Humans were created to exist forever. Each will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.

About Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all humankind by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return again to earth to reign as King of kings, and Lord of lords.

About Salvation
Salvation is a gift from God to humankind. A person can never make up for their sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can one be saved from sin’s penalty. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.

About the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make people aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. The Christian seeks to live under His control daily.

About the Bible
The Bible is God’s word to all.  It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is truth without any mixture of error.

At the heart of all we do and all we believe is Jesus.

True life can only be found in Jesus Christ.  When Jesus says, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life.” in John 14:6 we believe Him. From the moment you first find new life in Christ, you will continually find life by engaging in your new relationships - gathering with other Christ followers, worshipping and serving God, in Christ, through the Holy Spirit. The very fulfilment of our life in Christ is found in our mandate to “Go into all the world and make disciples”.  Relationship, Reality, Relevance

Part of our mission is fulfilled through weekly worship environments for all ages where we read, pray and sing, relational connections in small groups and large worship gatherings, service opportunities inside the church, service opportunities outside the church — both locally and globally.  God continues to guide us Biblically through the Holy Spirit as to what and how we are to do to better serve and follow Him daily.
